రాజ్య సభ సభ్యులు జోగినపల్లి సంతోష్ కుమార్, గ్రీన్ ఇండియా ఛాలెంజ్ కు ప్రచారం కల్పించడంలో భాగంగా ఇతర దేశాల్లో వివిధ ప్రముఖులు ఛాలెంజ్ స్వీకరించి, ప్రచారం కల్పించడం విదితమే, సునీతవిజయ్ ఛాలెంజ్ ను స్వీకరించి, ఈ రోజు ఆక్లాండ్ లోని తమ స్వగృహంలో కెల్స్టోన్ పార్లమెంటరీ నియోజకవర్గ జాతీయ పార్టీ ( నేషనల్ ) ఛైర్పర్సన్ బాల వేణు గోపాల్ రెడ్డి బీరం పలు మొక్కలను నాటి, వాటి సంరక్షణ బాధ్యతలను, వారసత్వ బాధ్యతగా స్వీకరించాలని కుమార్తె త్రిష రెడ్డికి అప్పగించారు. హైద్రాబాద్ నుండి తమ కుటుంబం , దాదాపు రెండు దశాబ్దాల నుండి ఉంటున్నామని , ఇటీవల హైదరాబాద్ వెళ్ళినప్పుడు , హరిత హారం, గ్రీన్ ఇండియా ఛాలెంజ్ ల ప్రభావం వలన ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు తగ్గుముఖం పట్టాయని, కీసర ప్రాంతం అరకు ను తలపిస్తోందని తెలిపారు.
సంతోష్ కుమార్ చేపట్టిన గ్రీన్ ఇండియా ఛాలెంజ్ ను యువత , ముందుకు తీసుకు వెళ్లి , అనుకున్న పది కోట్ల మొక్కల లక్ష్యాలను త్వరలో చేరుకోవాలని అభిలషించారు ।న్యూ జీలాండ్ వలె త్వరలో పచ్చదనం తో నిండి హరిత తెలంగాణ గా రూపుదిద్దుకొని , భారతదేశానికి ఆదర్శ రాష్ట్రము గా నిలవాలని కోరుకుంటూ, గ్రీన్ ఇండియా ఛాలెంజ్ కు ప్రచారం కల్పించే విధంగా తాను కూడా, మురళి అన్ను, షాలిని వాధ్వాన్, వినోద్ పటేల్ లను నయోమినాటే చేస్తున్నానని తెలిపారు.
#GreenIndiaChallenge continues in New Zealand
The initiative by Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar was recently accepted by New Zealand leader Bala Beeram National party Chair for Kelston Parliament constituency who took forward the challenge by planting saplings at their residence in Auckland, New Zealand. Accepted the challenge from Sunithavijay ,New Zealand Telangana community leader.
To take forward the initiative and promote the green India challenge , he challenged New Zealand Indian community leaders Murali Annu, Shlini Wadhwan, Vinod patelOn the occasion, Mr Beeram urged all people, especially youth to participate in the initiative to combat climate change.He mentioned that in his recent visit to Hyderabad , been to Keesara and felt like Aaraku vally also could feel a lowering of temperatures due to Green India challenge. One should take the responsibility of looking after the saplings till they grow stronger.
